This policy explains how the website legendopedia.com (Legendopedia) handles data. In short: there are no accounts, comments, forms, cookies or ads, and the site stores nothing you type or search for.

What the website collects

• Cookies: the website uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party.
• Accounts and user content: there is no registration, no comments and no forms, so we store no text, images or other content from visitors.
• Search: we do not collect search terms. What you search for is not sent to our servers.
• Server logs: like any website, the hosting server technically records each request (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and operation. We do not use these logs to identify you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, working website.

Advertising

The website shows no ads. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent.

Links to other websites

Pages link to the sources behind each legend, such as digital libraries and archives, and to the Zemyna Studio website. Once you open one of these links, the privacy rules of that website apply.

Emails you send us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to reply and to improve the website, and we delete it when it is no longer needed, at the latest after 2 years. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering questions, reports and feedback.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you (in practice, only emails you sent us) and object to its processing. Write to support@zemynastudio.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the authority of your country.
